Our civil division has worked on hundreds of development sites across Western Australia in conjunction with the Lovegrove fuel and electrical divisions. Lovegrove has a decade of experience completing civil works. Our trained and competent in – house operators have extensive experience working around tanks and fuel. They’re motivated by challenges and driven to execute a smooth transition from site preparation to project installation, and beyond.
For us, it’s about the big picture, not delivering a service in isolation. We have the proven ability to work alongside all of the project stakeholders of our commercial developments. It’s a holistic approach that gives you greater control over your project, with the ability to manage costs by minimising removal and disposal of excavated materials. Our operators will integrate well with all trades during the construction process, ensuring the entire project will run seamlessly.
We’ve invested heavily in plant and machinery. Our capabilities include earthmoving, excavation, compaction and concrete cutting. We own and operate front end loaders, large excavators, multiple mini excavators, compactors, rollers, skid steers and trucks, we are ready rapidly mobilise to your next project.
Our experienced operators can cut and fill your construction site to specific levels in preparation for building.
COMPACTION AND TESTING
We verify all our works by coordinating third party compaction-testing services to verify the material has been compacted in accordance with desired specifications and methodology.
DEVELOPMENT PREPARATION
We have the equipment and expertise to strip your land of trees, vegetation and debris, ready for development.
EXCAVATION
Having completed hundreds of projects in conjunction with our fuel division, our team is highly experienced in excavation for tank farms, underground infrastructure and assets.
DEWATERING
In conjunction with our partners we offer water management and pumping solutions, with the ability to assess soil conditions, drill and install dewatering systems to meet your site’s requirements, particularly when installing tanks.
DUST SUPPRESSION
We can suppress fine airborne dust particles during subgrade preparation for construction and development sites to create a safer, cleaner, healthier working environment.
