Lovegrove completed the fuel systems, general electrical, fuel systems electrical and associated civil works for PC Infrastructure, part of the Peregrine Group, at the new Shell OTR Maddington site.
The project included the excavation and installation of 140kL of underground fuel storage, supporting four fuel products, along with the installation and calibration of four 8-hose Wayne fuel dispensers by the Lovegrove team.
Site conditions presented several challenges, including a shallow water table and high clay content. Approximately 2,000m³ of material was removed during excavation, with the tank installation successfully completed over eight days.
Our electrical team subsequently completed the shop and canopy electrical works, feature lighting, car park lighting and fuel systems electrical. These works were undertaken by Lovegrove’s specialist team, including hazardous area trained electrical personnel.
The completed site was successfully handed over in March 2025.
