Lovegrove delivered the fuel infrastructure works for Bella Build & Design at the Burk Beckenham development.
The project included 180kL of underground fuel storage supporting five fuel products, together with eight 10-hose Wayne fuel dispensers.
The tank installation presented particularly challenging site conditions. Works were undertaken during winter, with a shallow water table, clay ground conditions and significant rainfall resulting in the excavation flooding on multiple occasions.
Despite these conditions, the Lovegrove team successfully managed the excavation and installation process, completing the challenging tank installation over a 12-day period.
